We\xe2\x80\x99ve got what you\xe2\x80\x99re looking for.:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Administrator to join our team!The Project Administrator- Daily Reports is responsible for a variety of support tasks in the Cost Controls department, including ensuring that project reports are completed daily, coordinating with Scheduling team to ensure details are accurate, understanding the Project Agreement (PA) and following up as needed with relevant parties to ensure compliant reporting,You will self-administrate the activities of the day-to-day reporting process, ensuring all the information needed for daily and weekly reports is provided in a timely manner and submitted in accordance with the requirements of the PA.What You\'ll Be Doing:

  • Accurate data entry using a variety of office programs
  • Support the Cost Controls team by asking for data as needed and following up to ensure it is provided on schedule
  • Review and cross reference data against the Master Schedule, as required
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues to ensure information and communication are delivered in a timely and accurate manner
  • Alert all relevant parties in the event the data does not match the Schedule, or appears to be off track for any reason
  • Follow up on information needed and ensure it is presented in an accurate, timely manner, consistent with the PA requirement May be asked to assist other departments in the consistent gathering of data and information- i.e. sending reminders in advance, etc
  • Organize, make recommendations for, and develop and implement reporting to improve the reporting environment, accuracy and timeliness of process
  • Accurately help to resolve issues with a high level of professionalism, ensuring high service level standards are met and communicating effectively across departments
  • Properly digitally file backup data.
  • Administrative duties within the department as required
  • May be asked to compile reporting metrics for review Various special projects and other duties as assigned.
What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:
  • Post-Secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or trade certification and construction office experience considered a strong asset.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of document control, reporting structures, accounting practices related to large-scale infrastructure practices an asset
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs
