Programs, Partnership and Public Policy Support Coordinator
Reporting to:
National Vice-Executive Director - Innovation and Impact
Purpose:
The Programs, Partnership and Public Policy Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing support to L'Arche Canada's Programs, Partnership and Funding activities. This position ensures the seamless implementation of programs, effective partnership engagement and strategic funding initiatives. The coordinator supports program development, stakeholder relations and fundraising efforts while providing administrative and logistical expertise to advance L'Arche Canada's mission and global impact.
Responsibilities:
Program Support:
Assist in gathering, organizing and analyzing data to support program development and alignment with government and funder priorities.
Provide logistical support for the implementation of scalable program frameworks and pilot initiatives.
Collaborate on maintaining monitoring and evaluation frameworks by tracking progress against key performance indicators.
Draft preliminary reports and summaries for programs to inform strategic decisions and external reporting.
Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement:
Support the preparation of bilingual materials, including funding proposals, case studies, impact stories, funder reports, case statements and communications, to strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
Compile and organize testimonials, success stories and measurable outcomes to enhance communications.
Assist in organizing logistics for partnership activities, such as meetings, events and advocacy initiatives.
Maintain a tracking system for partnership interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates for leadership.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Advocacy and Visibility Support:
Assist in developing bilingual advocacy materials, such as press releases and visual content, to highlight L'Arche Canada's impact.
Support the organization and coordination of participation in conferences, advocacy initiatives and public forums.
Contribute to the creation of impactful communications that emphasize disability-inclusive leadership and program outcomes.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks:
Provide scheduling and calendar management for the Innovation & Impact Team to ensure effective coordination of priorities.
Organize and maintain shared records, such as program frameworks, donor materials and partnership documents.
Track project timelines, deliverables and updates to support seamless progress reporting.
Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions by coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
Support people with intellectual disabilities with scheduling, preparatory materials, invoicing, and maintaining their records in partner projects.
Key Deliverables:
Organized and accessible program data, tracking systems and preliminary reports.
Bilingual drafts of funding proposals, donor communications and advocacy materials.
Coordinated logistics for stakeholder engagements, global conferences and donor meetings.
Updated and well-maintained records for partnerships, funding activities and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
Clear documentation of meeting outcomes, timelines and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
One to three years of experience in program, partnership or funding support within the nonprofit or public sector.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal).
Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks, data visualization tools and donor engagement platforms is an asset.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
