• Conduct a detailed analysis of expected program performance as compared to actual and recommend solutions to address any deviations from expected outcomes.
• Review all customer contracts and identify improvements that will positively impact contractual outcomes.
• Work with the customer\'s procurement team, identifying opportunities and generation of new revenue.
• Lead and develop project plans to prioritize the transition of new work into the facility.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service Representatives, liaising with customers on order status.
• Act as the lead in program review meetings when they are hosted at the customer\'s premises.
• Liaise with the production organization when delivery expectations are not being met.
• Ensure on-time delivery of all contracts, working with all other functions to resolve issues that arise.
• Working closely with Finance personnel, reviewing program performance ensuring that action is being taken to correct and improve program results.
• Chair internal and external program review meetings, interfacing with customers and or Government executive level personnel.
• Assist in the development of the strategic plan.
• Ensure that quotes and proposals are accurate and submitted on time.
• Perform detailed reviews and provide recommendations on the inventories for semi and finished goods.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a program management role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is considered an asset.
• Experience in the Aerospace and/or Manufacturing Industries preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate results.
• Must possess advanced computer skills including MS Office and Microsoft Project.
• Requires a high degree of communication and negotiation skills with both the external customer and the internal organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be eligible to meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Canadian Government security clearances.

• Travailler avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'approvisionnement du client, en identifiant les opportunit\xc3\xa9s et en g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rant de nouveaux revenus.
• \xc3\x89laborer et d\xc3\xa9velopper des plans de projet pour prioriser la transition du nouveau travail dans l\'installation.
• G\xc3\xa9rer les activit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes des repr\xc3\xa9sentants du service client\xc3\xa8le, en liaison avec les clients sur le statut des commandes.
• Agir en tant que chef de file lors des r\xc3\xa9unions d\'examen du programme organis\xc3\xa9es chez le client.
• Assurer la liaison avec l\'organisation de production lorsque les attentes de livraison ne sont pas satisfaites.
• Assurer la livraison en temps voulu de tous les contrats, en travaillant avec toutes les autres fonctions pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes qui surviennent.
• Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec le personnel financier, en examinant les performances du programme et en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que des mesures soient prises pour corriger et am\xc3\xa9liorer les r\xc3\xa9sultats du programme.
• Pr\xc3\xa9sider des r\xc3\xa9unions d\'examen de programme internes et externes, en interfa\xc3\xa7ant avec les clients et/ou le personnel ex\xc3\xa9cutif gouvernemental.
• Aider \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration du plan strat\xc3\xa9gique.
• S\'assurer que les devis et les propositions sont pr\xc3\xa9cis et soumis \xc3\xa0 temps.
• Effectuer des examens d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9s et fournir des recommandations sur les stocks de produits semi-finis et finis.
• Autres t\xc3\xa2ches assign\xc3\xa9es.

Qualifications:

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire dans un domaine pertinent.
• Minimum de 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience progressive dans un r\xc3\xb4le de gestion de programme.
• La certification Project Management Professional (PMP) est consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans les industries a\xc3\xa9rospatiale et/ou manufacturi\xc3\xa8re pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e.
• Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences analytiques avec la capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'interpr\xc3\xa9ter et de communiquer les r\xc3\xa9sultats.
• Doit poss\xc3\xa9der des comp\xc3\xa9tences informatiques avanc\xc3\xa9es, y compris MS Office et Microsoft Project.
• N\xc3\xa9cessite un haut degr\xc3\xa9 de comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication et en n\xc3\xa9gociation avec \xc3\xa0 la fois le client externe et l\'organisation interne.
• Comp\xc3\xa9tences av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9es en r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et en prise de d\xc3\xa9cision.
• Doit \xc3\xaatre admissible \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9pondre aux exigences du Programme canadien des marchandises contr\xc3\xb4l\xc3\xa9es (CGP), aux R\xc3\xa8glements sur le trafic international d\'armes (ITAR) des \xc3\x89tats-Unis et aux autorisations de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 du gouvernement canadien.
