As our Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager, your mission is clear: help to develop best practice frameworks that streamline partner marketing programs such as communications, event strategies, and partner recruitment across all our global regions.On a typical day, you will collaborate with your leader, the Global Director of Partner Marketing, and Partner Marketing Managers across our global regions, identify areas that could benefit from streamlining and standardizing, prioritize those programs, and BUILD. By eliminating duplicative work and simplifying processes, you'll be the key ingredient that will help us optimize our Partner Ecosystem (E.g.; Strategic Alliance Partners, VARs, Systems Integrators, Tech Partners)Location:

  • Collaborate with regional marketing and sales leaders to create and manage the programs for Partners in US
  • Report on results of regional marketing programs (through partner)
  • Support with program execution of the regional partner marketing plan and campaigns roadmap throughout the year, including centralized programs
  • Proactively monitor campaign utilization and results across your region/s to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management and other key stakeholders
  • Support Marketing interlock with Partner Sales leaders, Performance Marketing organization, and flow marketing specialist functions.
  • Create effective programs consisting of engagement and marketing enablement tactics which will support demand generation with partners in the US
  • Create additional marketing deliverables as required
Minimum Qualifications: You have/arexe2x80xa6
  • B2B indirect channel/partner marketing experience within the software/tech or financial services industry for resellers partners
  • Experience of end-to-end marketing campaign management and understanding what it takes from an idea/conception to a campaign
  • Excellent at creating and managing project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • A strong individual contributor and team player, willingness to share experience across the organization.
  • Ability to manage teams remotely and work effectively across a highly matrix organization.
  • Accountability is important to you, and you're known for your ability to authentically build relationships, instill trust and influence.
  • Detail orientated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to embrace a continuous innovation, growth mindset, and inspire others to do the same.
  • Not afraid to ask questions and be comfortable to challenge answers.
  • Deadline and target driven, effective planner. Preferred:
  • Strong digital marketing background is preferred
  • Experience of working with Sage Partners
