Title: Program Manager - Senior
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 251 days contract + possible extension
:
Service implementation, migration and transformation experience - 35%
Parameters:

• Candidate's service implementation, migration and transformation experience, especially as it relates to Ontario Government services.
• Proven knowledge telecommunications infrastructure, rationalization, design, and migration.
• Demonstrated experience with leading I& IT product/service migrations, including working knowledge of migration methodologies, vendor management, and interdependence, particularly as they relate to Ontario Government telecommunications services.
• Ability to plan and execute enterprise/ large-scale voice, network and SD-WAN and broadband internet service migrations.

2. Expertise and experience with Enterprise Project Management 25%
Parameters:

• Description of the candidate's expertise and experience with Enterprise Project Management, especially in the context of Ontario Government telecommunications services.
• The candidates depth of experience leading complex Enterprise level projects related to technology implementations and transformations, and user migrations, especially as they pertain to Ontario Government telecommunications services.
• Demonstrated experience of PM methodologies, experience in creating project charters, integrated plan development, tracking issues/risks, managing and reporting project financials. Developing documents, plans, and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within defined program timelines.

Must Haves:
