Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Program Manager - Cyber Security, to work a long-Term contract at a well-established integrated oil and natural gas company, in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will collaborate, build consensus, and drive multiple projects to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management and IT Strategy/Execution and holds a Post-Secondary Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering. * Location: Calgary, AB

Duties and Responsibilities: * Collaborate, build consensus, and drive multiple projects to completion

• Lead teams through problem determination and issue resolution
• Lead and mentor delivery consultants in delivering results based on established timelines
• Communicate and reinforce project methodologies and standards
• Build and manage relationships with senior client executives
• Report delivery status to client executives and account managers
• Create and maintain integrated resource plans, project plans, work breakdown structures, cost estimates, budgets, and timelines
• Proactively anticipate risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee and control development and implementation activities ensuring that all aspects of testing are covered to ensure on time and on budget project delivery

Requirements and Qualifications: * Min of 10+ years of Project Management and IT Strategy/Execution is needed

• Must have completed Post-Secondary Degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering
• Experience in large-scale technology programs and implementations is required
• Experience with Cybersecurity Programs is a must
• NERC CIP, CISSP, CSSP, CISM, Comp TIA Security certifications is needed
• Should have expertise with JIRA, MS Professional Applications Suite
• Should have PMP Certifications
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
