Alberta Health Services has an exciting leadership position in Claresholm for an individual with extensive knowledge and management experience in Addiction and Mental Health treatment and care. We are seeking someone with demonstrated skills and experience in strategic planning, quality Improvement, operations management, and financial management. As the Program Manager for the Claresholm Centre for Mental Health and Addictions, you will partner with the Clinical Medical Director, other managers (both onsite and in other program areas), and leadership to manage the delivery of services across these programs. The successful candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and an ability to critically problem solve and implement conflict resolution processes. You are a mentor and consultant to program staff who promotes clinical development and education within the program setting. This is a key leadership position which requires skills in building partnerships and for someone who inspires and builds confidence in others. If you have previous mental health inpatient experience, advanced knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation principles and case management service delivery models, we want you on our team!
