We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Remote, Prince Edward Island (CA-PE), Canada (CA).

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Provide strong yet collaborative leadership and discipline to broad teams comprised of NTT DATA, clients, and other IT and business professionals.
• Understand client business requirements and present them in a form which is comprehensible to business users and IT professionals.
• Manage/lead multiple business systems development, integration, or implementation projects.
• Engage in all components of planning, executing and closing, of a project cycle.
• Estimate costs involved with realizing a solution, prepare and present recommendations.
• Offer business, technology and systems integration solutions (client-specific).
• Experience managing/leading large projects, workshops and meeting facilitation.
• Provide disciplined project management skills dealing with cross-functional teams delivering IT-based business solutions.
• Perform change management activities.

Professional Qualifications & Experience

• At least 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT Program Management on Government (Provincial/Federal) projects.
• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within the Public Sector with digital projects.
• Proven experience in managing large software development projects with a lens on the enterprise nature of how projects align to client goals and objectives.
• A client-focused mindset, delivering superior customer results and service.
• Experience building strong working relationships with senior business and senior technology professionals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies such as PMBOK, ITIL, etc.
• Strong vendor/client management and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
• Values diversity, collaboration, and enjoys experience mentoring others.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite including Microsoft Project and Visio
• Experience in business analysis, workflow analysis and/or business process engineering.
• Experience implementing projects in a large enterprise environment.
• A solid foundation of Information Technology skills and experience.
