Job Description


JOB SUMMARY: This role works collaboratively with BAA and Stakeholders to identify enhancements and improvements for the DFD and Clinical software including for the development and implementation of new programs, projects, or services. This role is responsible for the collection, publishing, and management of clinical content including the approval process within the Digital Front Door (DFD). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: New Program/New System Enhancements/Advisor Portal Improvements:

  • Works with BAA and stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical software and technology enhancements and projects, including the development of new programs, services, or processes using health informatics tools.
  • Collaborates with BAA and Stakeholders to determine requirements, use cases, and workflows for clinical programs and enhancements.
  • Makes recommendations for improvement of the software, with collaboration from the operations team.
  • Review and analyze feedback on the website and develop strategies for enhancement or improvement.
  • Makes recommendations for improvement of the software, with collaboration from the operations team.
  • Creates a positive environment for reporting application and/or system deficiencies and suggestions for system improvements and enhanced functionality.
  • Periodically reviews software for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assists with user testing.
Content Management
  • Responsible for the development of clinical content for DFD
  • Research and source appropriate content including information about the Navigation Service, general content about the delivery of health care in Ontario and the participants of the health system, as well as various wellness content.
  • Ensures content has been vetted and approved by subject matter experts.
  • Works with BAA and Client to develop Content Management Approval processes.
  • Ensures all content goes through the defined process prior to adding to the website
  • Works with MOH, OH, and BAA for content review and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing
  • Registered and in good standing with the home province\xe2\x80\x99s Nursing regulatory body.
  • 2-5 years of experience researching, writing, and reviewing content
  • Experience working in a healthcare and/or technology project environment would be an asset.
  • Demonstrated skills in organization, time management, and prioritization of workload.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrated skills in verbal communication, listening, facilitation, and presentation.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Computer literacy and strong technical skills
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
  • A high level of integrity and trust
  • Demonstrated skills in working relationships with interdepartmental teams, partners, and clients.
  • Must be highly self-driven and results oriented.
  • Must have a secure dedicated home office that provides complete privacy while working, free from any distractions.
