We're looking for a driven, people-focused communicator to join our Victoria team as an

IGNITE Program Enrolment Specialist

. You'll meet with photographers via Zoom and play a pivotal role in helping them understand the program, assess their fit, and move forward with confidence.

What You'll Do

Conduct structured interviews with photographers applying to the IGNITE program Qualify applicants based on their work, mindset, and readiness for growth Communicate the program's value and expectations with clarity and empathy Identify high-potential applicants and guide them to a verbal commitment Disqualify poor-fit applicants professionally to protect program quality Manage outreach and follow-ups using our CRM (Pipedrive) and Slack Collaborate closely with sales, onboarding, and studio management teams

What You Bring

A confident and compassionate communication style A coach's mindset -- able to inspire, guide, and be real with people Experience in a sales, recruiting, or admissions role Familiarity with CRMs and structured sales processes A strong sense of accountability -- you take pride in hitting goals Bonus: Experience in the wedding or photography industry

Pay: $51,172.25-$60,000.00 per year
