We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Program Coordinator

to join our team and support the effective delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs. Manage instructor scheduling, classroom timetables, and student intake. Monitor student progress, attendance, and completion requirements. Ensure compliance with PTIB and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate program documentation, outlines, and records. Support program change applications, curriculum updates, and accreditation reviews. Act as the first point of contact for students and instructors, addressing issues promptly. Liaise with administration, admissions, and academic teams for smooth program delivery. Prepare and maintain reports on program performance and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

5 years' experience in the education sector

, preferably within private career colleges or adult education. Strong understanding of BC's Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
