Responsibilities:
1. Program Coordination:
Develop and implement program plans, ensuring alignment with the community college's mission and goals.
Coordinate curriculum development, assessment, and improvement activities.
Collaborate with faculty to enhance program effectiveness and student success.
2. Student Support:
Provide guidance and support to students, assisting them in navigating academic requirements.
Address student concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive campus environment.
Organize and oversee student events, workshops, and activities.
3. Campus Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for campus operations.
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient campus operation.
4. Collaboration:
Liaise with academic departments, administrative staff, and external stakeholders.
Foster relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders.
Collaborate with other campus managers and coordinators for cross-functional initiatives.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of program activities, student interactions, and campus events.
Prepare regular reports for college leadership, highlighting program achievements and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or relevant experience-related field
Proven experience in program coordination and campus management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with educational technology and software.
