4 years of progressive supervisory experience

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support staff in program delivery.
Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate employee recruitment, training, evaluation, and performance.
Maintain effective communication with families, providers, and funding sources.
Ensure safe, organized, and high-quality environments for service delivery.
Participate in on-call rotation.
