Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Program Coordinator

to oversee and manage the delivery of residential, outreach, private care, and community access programs. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality services.

Qualifications:



Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences or Business Administration (or equivalent education/experience).

Minimum

4 years of progressive supervisory experience

Proficiency in multiple software applications.

Responsibilities:



Supervise and support staff in program delivery.

Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and documentation.

Coordinate employee recruitment, training, evaluation, and performance.

Maintain effective communication with families, providers, and funding sources.

Ensure safe, organized, and high-quality environments for service delivery.

Participate in on-call rotation.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to plan, organize, and monitor staff and program operations.

Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and community resources.

Commitment to ethical conduct, teamwork, and quality care.
