Job Title: Program Compliance and Data Integrity Specialist



Department: Employment Services



Location: Oakville (with travel to other sites in Halton and Peel)



Schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week)



Reports to: Quality Assurance Lead



Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm



Hybrid Model: In person 4 days per week, virtual 1 day per week



The Opportunity:



The

Program Compliance and Data Integrity Specialist

will support the Quality Assurance Lead in collecting and evaluating service delivery data (forms, documents, files, etc.) and provide feedback to ensure the Employment Services team is meeting our contractual obligations.

Please note that this is not a technology/software quality role -- it focuses on supporting staff with accurate documentation, following of processes, compliance, and data integrity within our Employment Services programs.

Examine and analyze financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy and completion

Support the QA Lead in sourcing and compiling specific data points from reports, spreadsheets, and databases

Ensure all documentation required to support monitoring and financial claims is completed accurately

Ensure all monitoring outcomes and financial support claims are submitted and approved according to Service System Manager (SSM) schedule

Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Employment Services (IES) Internal Documentation and Internal Reporting system consistent with Service System Manager (SSM) requirements

Interpret contractual requirements, guidelines and changes, and coordinate training and education of staff

Identify service delivery issues, and recommend improvements to Referral, Intake, Progress, and Monitoring processes, as necessary

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Centre for Skills' Employment Services staff

Actively assist with quality improvement activities

Assist with ad-hoc file reviews and scheduled audits to verify and ensure data integrity

Report financial discrepancies and errors to the Quality Assurance Lead

Work with Quality Assurance Lead on continuous improvement of SSM targets

Train new staff in processes for Service System Manager (SSM) guidelines, SSM Client Databases, CaMS, and CTS for WDS referrals

Attend all Employment Services team meetings, distribute Service System Manager (SSM) communications and training information

Maintain current service delivery knowledge by staying up-to-date with contractual requirements and SSM changes

Provide support to QA Lead, Coordinators, Senior Program Coordinator and/or leadership team during monitoring and audit visits from Service System Manager (SSM)

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration with a preferred focus on data analysis / auditing processes

Minimum 2+ relevant years of experience

Knowledge of Integrated Employment Services, under the new Service System Manager (SSM) delivery model and guidelines is an asset

Attention to detail is a must

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and calculate statistical and financial data

Highly effective teamwork, organizational, communication and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities on an on-going basis

Well-developed relationship-building skills with the ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service with a professional demeanor at all times; high level of diplomacy and confidentiality

Highly skilled and experienced using the MS Office suite

Working knowledge of databases such as FileMaker Pro, CaMS, and Customer Records Management systems. Experience within CaseFLO and Fedcap Cares considered an asset.

Ability to learn quickly and then train staff on new technology (CaMS/SSM databases, etc.)

Competent knowledge working within MS Teams, Zoom, and comfortable working in OneDrive

Ability to travel to Centre for Skills sites in Halton and Peel regions as required
