Position Summary





To provide day to day support functions to enhance the effectiveness of WHC programs.


Staff Scheduling


In collaboration with the team leader develops and maintains a regular schedule for all full, part time and casual staff and/or volunteers. Communicates the schedule and ensures that the schedule remains current.




Inventory Management


Regular ordering, stocking and reconciliation of supplies. Maintain supply and resource storage spaces. Troubleshoot supplier issues Product research Inventory

Equipment Maintenance


Maintains an inventory of program related equipment Provides regular equipment maintenance checks according to manufacturer instructions Reports equipment issues to the Team Leader or Director for action




Evaluation Support:


Collate statistic information for reporting Compile program participant feedback data Assist in other evaluation activities as required




Program support:


Contact and respond to community members and program participants regarding programming, groups and appointments Assist in maintaining client records Organize and maintain program files and resources Room booking and set up as required Distribution and stocking of resources as required Reconciliation of invoices and packing slips



Education/Experience




Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
