Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityUnder the direction of the Provincial Manager of Planning & Evaluation, and in collaboration with the Director of Policy and Planning, this position involves supporting program managers and leadership by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data from various sources to inform quality improvement initiatives and organizational performance. This includes ensuring data accuracy, providing training for data collection, responding to data requests, and working on coordinated solutions to improve data collection practices. Additionally, the role involves developing and delivering end-user training materials, coordinating access to technology platforms, conducting data quality audits, implementing corrective measures, and managing SharePoint site administration tasks.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • An undergraduate Degree in health or social services or equivalent education and training may be accepted.
  • 3 years of relevant experience including applied analytic activities related to strategic planning, health service planning, program development and evaluation, and continuous quality improvement
Employees are responsible for accessing training, education and awareness of safety (occupational health safety and patient safety annually) * Familiarity with various programs for Mental Health and Addictions and the organization\'s reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint considered an asset
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and convey results in a way that is meaningful to key audiences
  • Experience in facilitation, project management, planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Develops, implements and monitors processes conducting data quality audits
  • Identifies Zonal requirements and works towards establishing coordinated solutions from a provincial lens
  • Participates in data maintenance and management processes.
  • Implements processes to ensure a high level of data accuracy and quality during data collection.
  • Supports program managers and leadership team by providing analytical support and generating regular reports from enterprise systems data and other sources to inform on quality improvement initiatives, patient safety and organizational performance.
  • Demonstrated judgment, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders using a variety of methods.
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
