Nous avons besoin de personnes qui ont un esprit de service avec de bonnes comp\xc3\xa9tences techniques et des comp\xc3\xa9tences non techniques afin de pouvoir coop\xc3\xa9rer et n\xc3\xa9gocier avec de multiples parties prenantes. Les candidats doivent \xc3\xaatre responsables, motiv\xc3\xa9es et doivent toujours tenir compte de l\'int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaats des clients.

Le poste sera offert \xc3\xa0 un professionnel en support cloudNotre opportunit\xc3\xa9:\xc2\xb7 G\xc3\xa9rer et piloter la r\xc3\xa9solution CSR ( Requ\xc3\xaates Services client\xc3\xa8les - Demande de service des clients) des clients internationaux.
\xc2\xb7 Effectuer un support \xc3\xa0 distance et sur site dans les r\xc3\xa9seaux et les laboratoires r\xc3\xa9els des clients.
\xc2\xb7 Participer aux activit\xc3\xa9s d\'installation, de configuration et de test sur site.
\xc2\xb7 Participer \xc3\xa0 la gestion du support d\'urgence.
\xc2\xb7 V\xc3\xa9rifiez les corrections d\'urgence en laboratoire avant de les remettre au client.
\xc2\xb7 Participer aux premiers projets de d\xc3\xa9ploiement de produits tels que FOA.
\xc2\xb7 Communiquer fr\xc3\xa9quemment avec nos interfaces dans la r\xc3\xa9gion, PDU et ligne de produitsExigences:\xc2\xb7 Ma\xc3\xaetrise en Science / Bach (3 ou 4 ans apr\xc3\xa8s le bac) dans l\'un des domaines suivants : Informatique, t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9communications, technologie de l\'information ou g\xc3\xa9nie \xc3\xa9lectrique.

\xc2\xb7 Handle and drive CSR (Customer Service Requests) resolution from global customers.
\xc2\xb7 Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting in real customer networks and labs.
\xc2\xb7 Take part in on-site installation, configuration and testing activities.
\xc2\xb7 Participate in emergency support handling.
\xc2\xb7 Verify emergency corrections in lab before they are released to customer.
\xc2\xb7 Participate in early product deployment projects such as FOA.
\xc2\xb7 Dialog frequently with our interfaces in the region, PDU and product line.You Have:\xc2\xb7 Master of Science / bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
\xc2\xb7 Experience and competence working with the Cloud solution (specifically CEE, HDS ).
