We ensure our people have the support they need to do their jobs!ResponsibilitiesAs a Professional Intern in our Valuation & Capital Management department, you will have the opportunity to assist our Reinsurance department in various project-based and day-to-day tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of our reinsurance operations. You will be actively involved in data analysis and modeling to assess and mitigate risks associated with our reinsurance portfolio. You will help identify trends, evaluate claims data, and contribute to risk management strategies. You will work with various data sources to support decision-making processes.QualificationsTo be eligible for our Professional Internship program you must:

• Be enrolled in at least a two-year program (diploma or degree) at a recognized university or college in Manitoba with a focus in Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics or Accounting.
• Be a recent or current graduate (i.e. must have graduated at the end of 2023 or graduating in 2024).
