What You'll Be Doing



Support lead advisors in delivering comprehensive financial advice and service to clients. Assist with planning, portfolio reviews, reporting, and day-to-day client communication. Build trusted client relationships and take on growing advisory responsibilities over time. Leverage internal support and mentorship to accelerate your professional development. Contribute to a client-first, ethics-driven culture.

Who We're Looking For



Professional Qualifications

Completion of (or progress toward) a financial planning, investment, or advisory designation such as

CIM, CFP, or CFA

. Willingness to pursue required licensing and credentialing within your first year on the team.
Experience

1+ years of experience in a

client facing

financial services

role. Previous experience in a wealth management or advisory environment is an asset.
Eligibility

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This is an

in-person role

based at our Truro, NS office.
