We are looking for a phenomenal server to join our team at Bird Dog--an elevated, trendy cocktail bar that blends approachability with the highest standards. This is a chef-driven bar restaurant, boasting an ambitious menu and an equally ambitious cocktail program, all set within a mid-century modern, upscale atmosphere.

We are searching for a dedicated, stylish, and experienced server who takes pride in delivering a fanatical guest experience, exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale cocktail bar environment. You should have a minimum of three years of experience, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail. Looking your best every day is part of the experience we create for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional table service with efficiency, accuracy, and charisma. Take guest orders, make recommendations, and be extremely knowledgeable about cocktail ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings. Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Engage with guests in a professional and personable manner, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, wine, and beer offerings. Collaborate with bartenders and other team members to ensure smooth service. Uphold standards of cleanliness and organization, following all health and safety regulations. Handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of high-volume cocktail serving experience in an upscale or fast-paced bar/lounge. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Must be available to work some Tuesdays and Sundays over and above other days of the week. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality. This is not a job, this is your passion.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.33 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
