Responsibilities

Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming various surfaces and floor types in both residential and commercial settings. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas in commercial facilities. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and living areas (bedrooms, family rooms, etc.) in private residences. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly according to client and facility guidelines. Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to ensure a pristine environment. Follow established security protocols when entering and exiting client properties (e.g., locking up, setting alarms). Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or damage observed on client properties to management promptly. Follow safety protocols and maintain all cleaning equipment in good working condition. Assist with special cleaning projects (e.g., move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanup) as directed by management.
Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in

commercial or residential cleaning

(or facilities maintenance) is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness across varying client needs. Ability to work independently (often required for residential clients) as well as collaboratively as part of a team on larger commercial sites.

Trustworthy and reliable

, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct in private settings. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet scheduled deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and management professionally.

Must possess reliable transportation

to travel between various client sites.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
