We are a company that loves to work hard and have fun! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining clean and organized spaces, providing exceptional service to our clients, and ensuring a welcoming environment in residential settings. This role requires strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients to meet their cleaning needs. We pride ourselves in providing training and support to all of our team members with regular meetings, workshops and team events. We currently service the Greater Victoria area with a growing clientele in Sidney and the Northern Peninsula . We are seeking to hire cleaners located in these communities.

Duties

Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, detailed cleans of bathrooms and kitchens. Launder linens and towels as needed, bed making. Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of the home. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks performed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly. Carrying out air BnB, post construction, move in/ move out and regular surface cleans. Maintaining common areas in smaller condominiums, offices and professional buildings.

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderliness in various living spaces. Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus. A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and methods to enhance service quality.
