Compensation and Benefits

Starting wages of $19.76/hr

Paid overtime after 40/hours per week

Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe and clean environment Produce Quality products Meet hourly production quotas Document daily production Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto's success. Follow work instructions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred
