Congo Raw in Newmarket is looking to increase their awesome team in preparation for a massive expansion.

We are seeking a positive, motivated and hardworking individual with effective math and be communication skills. You are punctual and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with machinery, in a refrigerated setting. Being able to set an example as an individual and be a leader in a team setting is important to our business. As a company we want to invest in our employees and reward those who perform well.

Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate procedures and standard work is documented. Monitor the smooth and timely flow of production ensuring a quality product is delivered to the customer. Manage, train, and develop a productive, efficient, and competent Production Team to achieve scheduled requirements in a safe, team-based environment. Ensuring an organized environment that ensures FIFO is strictly maintained Preparation of raw dog food while operating powered machinery (Willing to train) Ability to comfortably and regularly lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time and frequent climbing of stairs.

Safety and security - the individual actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.
