Your Roles & Responsibilities
The Production Supervisors at MAHLE are responsible for the work assignment of all unionized, hourly production staff and manage indirect staff on shift - Skilled Trades, Quality and Logistics departments.


In your previous supervisory positions, you have developed superior coaching and mentoring skills, with a confident approach to coordinating, scheduling and reviewing the work of assigned employees. Your problem-solving and collaboration skills are well-developed, and you are a resilient and compelling leader. You are ready for a challenge!


MAHLE Production Supervisors achieve the manufacturing goals by:

• Ensuring all customer quality requirements are met.
• Taking appropriate actions in the event of issues such as line/tool repairs, rework, containment, management notification and escalation per MAHLE procedures.
• Providing necessary guidance and training to employees in areas of labour relations, quality, production metrics, equipment and facilities.
• Participating and lead in the execution of tasks and initiatives for annual Goals and Objectives, Lean Manufacturing, Visual Factory, "Best in Class" and Housekeeping.
• Implementing, promoting and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and departmental procedures in the areas of Health & Safety, Quality, Labour Relations and Human Rights.

Your Experience and Educational Background

• Preferred - technological diploma from a Community College
• 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience.
• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Technical experience in moulding, automated assembly, and equipment troubleshooting and repair.
