for one of our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and team-oriented leader to oversee daily production operations, drive efficiency, and maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Position Summary:

The

Production Supervisor

will be responsible for overseeing production processes, managing a team of operators and technicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record in supervising manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff to ensure efficient workflow Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet deadlines Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to production team members Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments to resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate production records and reports Lead daily shift meetings and communicate targets, updates, and expectations

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in a production or manufacturing supervisory role Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is an asset Proficient in using Microsoft Office and manufacturing software (ERP/MRP systems preferred) Flexible to work shifts if required
