We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production departments, ensuring that production targets are met in an efficient manner, and that safety and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel Ensure that production processes are running safely and efficiently Maintain quality control standards and ensure that all products meet specifications Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them Maintain/continually improve all Key Performance Metrics (labour performance, scrap reduction, OTD, inventory reduction, zero defects) Demonstrate strong leadership and problem solving skills
