Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of sales, revenue operations or related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM)/mortgage platforms
• Experience integrating and implementing various sales and/or service processes
• Ability to drive multiple initiatives at one time, adapt to evolving priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to mentor others through complex problems
• Experience analyzing data and building strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Certification or equivalent
• Proficiency with Vizio or Signavio
• Proficient with Salesforce or like CRM systems
• Experience with communication and reporting to executive leadership

Job Summary

As a Production Strategist, you\'ll focus on maximizing revenue generation by optimizing the production of fresh, redirected, stalled and re-served lead flow. You\'ll develop, consult/collaborate and drive strategic initiatives that support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals. You\'ll focus on human behavior and economics to leverage tendencies that drive production and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own lead delivery and management for dedicated business areas
• Compose, execute, and optimize strategic test plans
• Extract, manipulate and understand data to enhance contact strategies
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve internal processes
• Communicate business performance and strategic directions/deliverables to senior leadership
• Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
