Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Scheduler to join our team in Uxbridge, Ontario. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of our custom packaging products, supporting our mission to provide top-quality solutions to our clients while maintaining efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align schedules with supply chain capabilities. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes. Utilize ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP and Oracle to plan and track production activities. Analyze demand forecasts and translate them into actionable production plans. Identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively. Ensure all scheduling activities comply with safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment. Job Shop and Packaging Experience is preferred. 3 years experience in Planning/Scheduling required. Strong knowledge of MRP systems, Epicor or equivalent experience is essential. Expertise in demand planning, MRP, and supply chain management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred. Strong communication /interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
