Job Description
Job Title: Production Scheduler
Previous experience in Granite & Quartz is Highly required
Responsibilities:
Proficient in reading and comprehending architectural and structural drawings, as well as project specifications. Extensive understanding of the construction process for the interior of houses and commercial buildings.
Assist in daily Production Schedule
Responsible for the procurement of all key raw materials. Granite, Quartz, & Sinks Issuing POs and maintaining the purchasing policy, reviewing daily inventory, receiving materials and following up with vendors to receive material on time. Collaborate with Production team, Sales team, and Project estimators and order the material required.Communicate with customers for updates on the production and installation schedule.
Follow up on the quality ticket, investigate and communicate with production and customers. Add any other administration tasks.in the
manufacturing & construction industry
-Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry
-Recently graduated with a Business Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using
Microsoft Office application

Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
