Position Summary:
Coordinate the scheduling of First Onsite construction staff devise plans of action and assess those plans regularly in conjunction with Construction Manager to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
Provide Project Managers with a schedule and timeline for job completion
Stay in constant communication with First Onsite staff and clients; adjust schedules as required with information received from the field
Assign staff to job tasks based on skillset
Work closely with the construction manager to ensure that the field staff have the tools and materials required to complete a task
Verify job information and access
Provide a work order and specification for all scheduled staff
Respond to email communication in a timely manner
Data entry as required
The Production Coordinator must be professional at all times in verbal and written communications
Qualifications:
College Diploma or certification; or a combination of relevant training courses in related fields and relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of the academic requirements
Minimum of 3-year experience in Administrative or office environment
Experience in the insurance and/or restoration industry an asset
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work under stress
Problem-solving
Able to schedule 20+ people on a daily basis
Ability to adapt to changes
Professional manners and communication through emails and phone
Responsibility in tracking customers keys and private information
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer skills required- Word, Excel, and Outlook.
