Plasman Plastics Inc. 635 Sprucewood Avenue Windsor, Ontario N9C 0B3 Plasman Plastics Inc., located in Windsor, Ontario, is looking for one (1) permanent full-time (40 hours per week) Production Operations Manager (NOC 90010). The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: \xc2\xb7 Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a manufacturing establishment or the operations or production department of a manufacturing establishment; \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets; \xc2\xb7 Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget; \xc2\xb7 Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products; \xc2\xb7 Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work; \xc2\xb7 Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures; \xc2\xb7 Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines; \xc2\xb7 Champion designated product launches from concept to mass production; \xc2\xb7 Coordinate process, product design, mold design, paint and assembly; \xc2\xb7 Support internal plant manufacturing, tooling and continuous improvement activities during management system audit events provide evidence in support of conformance with applicable standards and procedures, and participate in corrective action activities as necessary; and \xc2\xb7 Ensure that sufficient resources are available for each department including training, safety requirements, personnel, work instructions, procedures, and related tools. Applicant must have at least 3-5 years of experience in Program Management within a manufacturing setting. Applicant must have obtained a secondary school diploma.
