Production & Office Manager
to manage administrative operations and coordinate production workflow.
Position Summary
The Production & Office Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling administrative and office operations while coordinating production schedules and workflow ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and timely service delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Production & Office Manager will perform the following duties:
Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and office operations
Establish, implement, and maintain office procedures and administrative systems
Coordinate workflow and communication between customer service staff, production staff, and management
Maintain and update customer records, repair orders, invoices, and internal documentation
Schedule and monitor production timelines and service delivery deadlines
Compile data, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to management
Oversee inventory records for office supplies, repair materials, and work orders
Prepare, process, and verify invoices, payments, receipts, and basic bookkeeping documents
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure accurate administrative follow-up
Assist in planning operational improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies
May supervise and provide administrative guidance to clerical or support staff
Employment Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in office administration, operations coordination, or administrative management
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience coordinating workflow, schedules, or operational processes
Proficiency with office software, record-keeping systems, and inventory tracking
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of jewelry industry terminology or repair processes is an asset
Additional Requirements
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Language of work: English (Vietnamese is an asset)
Work location: On-site in Markham, Ontario
Willingness to relocate if currently residing outside the area
Wages and Benefits
Hourly wage: $36.00 - $38.00
