We are offering both full-time and part-time marketing & general labour positions to the most motivated, coachable individuals to join our business. About the Role

We are looking for a project manager to lead and supervise multiple crews. Ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall completion of the project from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up materials, assisting crew members, ensuring project completion in a timely manner.
• Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs and business owner
• Picking up and transporting supplies such as paint and ladders
• Providing quotes to clients
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues

Location & Commitments

• Full time role based in The Beaches (downtown Toronto)
• Days are typically 8-10 hours
• Available to work Monday-Saturday
• The jobsite location changes frequently, but will remain in the same area

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to take care of lawns & paint/stain projects and will be a pro in no time!
• Experience leading teams in professional environments
• Must have your own car or reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Coachable
• Reliable and hardworking
• Strong communication skills

Compensation

• Hourly Wage as described
• Management commission based on performance and responsibilities.
