We are searching for an Asst. Production Manager to oversee the production team. A successful candidate will be able to monitor progress, develop schedules and ensure that the team adheres to production deadlines. We\'re looking for someone who has experience in a manufacturing environment and is able to keep a positive attitude under strict deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Manage the production floor of a factory.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
- Communicate with multiple departments to ensure efficiency.
- Manage a production team.
- Delegate responsibilities to the production team and monitor performance.
- Make sure that workers are communicating with the intake department properly so that they can meet deadlines.
- Maintain organization within the work area by keeping all necessary materials stocked and neat.
