We are now accepting applications for a Production Manager at our Processing Plant in Pleasantville. This position reports to the Plant Manager and is primarily responsible for managing day-to-day production operations to fulfill customer requirements, meet quality standards and maximize efficiency while ensuring compliance with OHS and HACCP policies. As the Production Manager, you will lead and mentor our production supervisors to ensure optimal production efficiencies. If you are highly motivated and have excellent leadership skills this could be a great opportunity for you. You will have post-secondary education in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Technology, food production or another relevant field supplemented with 5+ years supervisory experience. Excellent people skills and the proven ability to work successfully as a team member are essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing or food safety setting would be considered a valued asset.
