Dunrite Rubber & Plastic / Rite Idler is a small manufacturing facility that manufactures high quality conveyor idlers for medium to extreme duty bulk material handling industries. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a manufacturing production manager. Skills and responsibilities highlight below.Candidates must have the following:-Experience as a production supervisor or production manager-Strong communication & leadership skills-Strong organizational & time management skills-Strong problem solving abilities & attention to detail-Strong ability to oversee workers, delegate tasks, multitask-Experience dealing with a wide variety of personalities-Must be assertive-Experience with computers, office software etc.-exposure to ERP system beneficial especially Global Shop SolutionsTasks include:-Be a decision maker-Scheduling of all production to workers to ensure product gets out of the door on time-Manage production (constantly monitoring everyone's schedules), ensuring everyone is doing what they should be doing; oversee all departments: shipping, welding, tool room, etc.-communicate with production foreman and office staff to ensure deliveries, priorities and anything required is ordered-Ensure equipment is being maintained and repaired- Final quality control inspection-Coordinate personnel between production and field service when necessaryJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
