Opportunity: Saskatoon Buzz Boss Business Unit Leader We are looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to help us meet our customer growth targets in our Saskatoon Buzz Boss Branch. You will be responsible for maximizing growth in the area. Creating a budget and accountable to execute the annual budget. Summary As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the production plans and forecast within the Saskatoon branch. Achieve growth and hit sales and production targets, by successfully managing the sales and production teams. Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and monitor the annual budget.
- Ensure branch is compliant to all municipal, provincial, and federal Laws.
- Achieve growth and hit sales, production targets by successfully managing the sales and production teams.
- Coordinate, communicate and cooperate with other departments.
- Recruit hire and train seasonal sales and production staff.
- Determine staffing requirements and ensure all positions are filled in as timely manner.
- Coaching and performance monitoring of production team.
- Manage/Coordinate corporate marketing programs.
- Relentless follow up on all customer inquires and concerns.
- Ensure facility and equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
- Successful previous experience in managerial/supervisory role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous lawn care/pest control experiences an asset but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead a winning team from the plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Post secondary education in Business/marketing an asset
- Must be self motivated and be able to work in a challenging environment
