Currently we have an opportunity for

a Bakery Manager

at our 720 Bristol Road, Mississauga location. Your skills that we need for our team are:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Bakery area

Hire and onboard new staff

Train employees on baked goods preparation and proper use of equipment

Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed

Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

Add new items based on seasonality and customers' preferences

Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

Ensure all bakery areas and displays are clean and tidy

Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Knowledge and experience of Mediterranean pastries and desserts such as Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse, unique European & Mediterranean delicacies like Rococo, Paradise, Baklava, Turkish Delight and Pyramid cake is essential.
