Currently we have an opportunity for

Prepared Food Services Supervisor

at our 1909 Lawrence Ave., East, Scarborough location. Your skills that we need for our team are:

Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe

Hire and onboard new staff and manage their performance

Train employees on food and drinks preparation and proper use of equipment

Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed

Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers' preferences

Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Hands-on experience with professional food preparation equipment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Certifications (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus
