We are seeking an Eastern Canada Production Manager to enhance our national leadership team, a move crucial for our organizational growth and strategy. This new role is being established to strengthen operational support for our facilities and equip us with the necessary resources to create and execute innovative manufacturing initiatives that will shape our future. The Eastern Canada Production Manager will lead our production operations situated in Bowmanville, ON; St-George, ON; Bradford, ON; and St-Lin-Laurentides, QC.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, embraces challenging conversations, and isn't worried about getting their hands dirty!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide daily production operations from our head office, ensuring efficient operations and strategic planning. Develop and implement policies, goals, and objectives to meet manufacturing requirements. Analyze production statistics and KPIs to drive efficiencies, optimize inventory, and output. Champion safety initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance in daily operations. Travel regularly to assigned locations (at least 10 weeks annually) to foster strong relationships and advance company initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

A minimum of five years in a management role, with experience leading at the managerial level. A minimum of three years of production management experience. An understanding of business management principles, leadership strategies, and strategic planning. The ability to manage people, build teams, support performance, safety, and communicate effectively. Excellent communication skills in English (with French or Spanish as an asset). Adept knowledge of Lean Initiatives (an asset).
