Production Manager - Landscape Maintenance Department

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our landscape maintenance operations and ensure high-quality service delivery across all client properties. This role oversees field supervisors and crews, focusing on efficiency, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations for multiple landscape maintenance teams and projects. Lead and mentor field supervisors and crew leaders to achieve company goals. Develop and implement production schedules and staffing plans. Monitor labor hours, materials, and costs to maintain profitability. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards. Foster strong client relationships through communication and responsiveness. Collaborate with upper management on budgeting, training, and performance improvements. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a similar leadership role. Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of horticulture, irrigation, and maintenance operations. Proficiency with scheduling and job management software preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
