Job Description

Calgary Landscape Maintenance is seeking an litter pick professional for the properties they manage throughout the city of Calgary.

The position's objective is to maintain the cleanliness of the overall building exterior to the highest standard consistent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive the litter truck to each property for litter picks. Patrol and maintain cleanliness of parking lot areas, sidewalks, islands, walkways, driveways, planters, landscaped areas, gutters (area adjacent to the curb or sidewalk), exterior stairs and boulevards. Maintain tidy and sanitary conditions of the loading dock and compactor area (if applicable), common garbage rooms/enclosures, areas under building awnings and canopies. Empty all waste receptacles and replace liners. Empty all cigarette disposal units. Wash all waste receptacles and ashtrays. (Only on building that ask for this) Pick up loose papers, cigarette butts, cartons and any and all debris from all parking lot areas, sidewalks, boulevards and businesses surrounding the property. Scoop all the dirt debris along curb edges. Maybe help with landscape maintenance if needed
Requirements:

Valid Alberta Driver's licence with a clean abstract. Willing to work early morning. Work independently. Work in a variety of weather conditions. Own your own vehicle to get to and from work.
