We are seeking a Production Manager who shares our values and is ready to lead and develop our team to new heights.

Position Overview:

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of painting projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects running smoothly.
• Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organization: Plan schedules, allocate resources, and manage logistics to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Standards Enforcement: Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold company quality standards.
• Documentation: Use spreadsheets and project management tools (Google Suite proficiency preferred) to track progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Conflict Management: Resolve disputes and manage team dynamics effectively to maintain productivity and morale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,395.00-$106,746.00 per year

Additional pay:
