Job Summary

Nuba Natural Foods is seeking a new team member to operate our robocoupes. The ideal candidate will handle loading, unloading, and operating the machine, which requires both physical fitness for lifting and a solid understanding of food. While we follow a strict operating procedure, working with fresh produce sometimes requires adjusting seasoning and consistency. This is a key role in our kitchen, so we're looking for someone with a team-oriented mindset who can work harmoniously with the rest of our crew.

This is a full-time position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.

Duties

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance. Fabricate and package food products according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment to comply with health regulations. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the production process. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills

Experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of food processing techniques. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices. Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain hygiene standards. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
