As a welder production, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components for a variety of products. Your attention to detail, precision, and ability to work with various metals will be crucial in ensuring high-quality and sturdy finished products. Responsibilities
Weld and fabricate metal components according to blueprints and specifications
Operate welding equipment, such as TIG, MIG, or arc welders, to join metal parts together
Perform quality checks to ensure welded products meet the required standards
Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Keep records of completed work and materials used
Requirements
Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a production environment
Proficient in various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, and arc welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and precision
Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various positions
Strong knowledge of welding safety guidelines and procedures
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent certification in welding
