Position Overview
As a Production Fabricator of Fine Signs, you will play a key role in assembling wayfinding signage according to design specifications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow assembly instructions, and a commitment to quality. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Review work orders and production files thoroughly to understand project requirements; seek clarification where needed to ensure accuracy.
Organize materials and parts needed for each job, verifying quality and quantity.
Assemble signage components according to specifications, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
Operate roll-to-roll and flatbed UV printers to produce high-quality graphics for signage applications.
Monitor print quality and adjust printer settings as necessary for material compatibility and colour
accuracy.
Prepare, load, and manage print media, ensuring correct alignment, registration, and ink adhesion.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
Apply printed graphics to substrates as required, including mounting and lamination.
Package and label completed items for shipping, ensuring all required components are included.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, material usage, and print logs.
Follow all health, safety, and equipment guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and communicate any delays or quality concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
Experience operating wide-format printing equipment, including roll-to-roll and flatbed UV printers.
Knowledge of printing processes, colour matching, and media compatibility.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
Basic mechanical skills and the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to lift and handle materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
