We are hiring for a

Production Coordinator

to join our team in Newmarket! The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administration of production orders, inventory processes, creating and receiving all supply chain transfers, packing slips and purchase orders.

Duties:

Create and process work orders based on production needs and stock levels Organize production documents and drawings Manage supply chain transfers, packing slips, and purchase orders Maintain spreadsheets for production and material tracking File paperwork daily and track inventory adjustments Coordinate with departments to support production processes Report production errors and discrepancies to the plant manager Conduct safety inspections and cycle counts Handle phone/email inquiries Adhere to health & safety policies Perform other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP Software) Strong mathematical skills Experience in manufacturing processes an asset Carry out complex oral and written instructions Attention to detail Flexible, innovative and adaptable Effective verbal and written communicator with staff as well as all levels of management Thrives working in a very fast-paced environment
