We specialize in precision CNC machining, sheet-metal fabrication, aircraft assemblies, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
Due to rapid growth and increasing production demand, we are looking to add a

Production Coordinator

to strengthen our operations and scheduling control.

The Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production schedules, tracking job progress, and ensuring smooth communication between

Engineering, Machining, Fabrication, Processing, Quality control and Assembly

departments.

This role is critical to maintaining on-time delivery, production efficiency, and real-time project visibility.

Duties

Create, maintain, and update production schedules Track open jobs and follow up with Machining, Fabrication, Processing, and Assembly departments Update and maintain the Project Log / Job Tracking system Monitor due dates, priorities, and capacity constraints Coordinate with Engineering for drawings, revisions, and BOM releases Follow up on missing materials, tooling, and outside processing Flag potential delays and proactively resolve bottlenecks Communicate job status to management, sales, and quality teams Support production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

2+ years experience in manufacturing coordination, production control, or scheduling Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is a strong asset Ability to read engineering drawings is an asset Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient with Excel, ERP systems, and production trackers Excellent communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline driven Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to coordinate between team members and external vendors A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of project management tools or software is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$31.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
