Primary Responsibilities
Organize and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Ensure that all stages of the Quality Control process have been checked off in all departments prior to shipping.
Collaborate with production staff, suppliers, and management to maintain workflow efficiency.
Track production progress and troubleshoot issues that may cause delays.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Create, print, and apply labels for products, packaging, and shipments according to company and regulatory requirements.
Unloading, inspecting, and storing incoming inventory and retrieving items from inventory to fulfill orders.
Securing and preparing orders for shipment and dispatching orders to customers efficiently.
Ensure labels contain accurate product information, including items, barcodes, shipping addresses, and regulatory compliance details.
Maintain label inventory and reorder supplies as needed.
Conduct regular quality control checks on products, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.
Identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Document inspection results and communicate any concerns with the production team.
Monitor and manage raw materials, supplies, and finished goods inventory.
Maintain an organized workspace and enforce safety protocols.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Completion of post-secondary school (university or college) is required.
Possesses a strong ability to identify problems and solve them.
Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in production coordination, manufacturing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, especially in quality control and labeling.
Familiarity with labeling software and printing equipment is a plus.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
